Who decides about beauty: our feelings or our ideas?
Societal ideas about ideals of beauty are constantly changing and yet we are at the mercy of their pressure, as we all have a need to "belong" and "be seen". In short: the need to be loved.
And aren't the loving eyes we look into exactly what make us feel beautiful?
The Public Beauty Oasis is an installation in public space. A place to feel beautiful. A place to relax, to arrive and to be accepted.
